How do I present my paper, will I use my own laptop?

No. You do no need to bring your own laptop for presentation. We will provide a single laptop for presentation so that we will have a smooth presentation for different presenters. You must upload your slides to our online shared folder in the PAKDD2026 link (given in our email to all authors) by 1 June 2026 (23:59pm (PST)). Name the slides as__.. For example, if you have a Powerpoint file (in the PPT file extension) for your paper with paper title = "Adaptive Beam Search with Shannon Entropy for Data-centric Reasoning in LLMs" and paper ID = 806 in Session 1A (Large Language Model), the file name should be "1A_806_Adaptive Beam Search with Shannon Entropy for Data-centric Reasoning in LLMs.ppt". It is expected that the file extension is ppt, pptx or pdf. We will download all slides from our online shared folder to our laptop for the on-site presentation.

I have a research paper that has been accepted. How should I Register?

Please register for a Full Registration.

I have a paper accepted for the workshop. How should I Register?

Please register for either a Workshop Registration or a Full Registration.

I am a student, how should I Register?

• If you register for main, special and survey track papers, please complete a Full Registration.
• If you register for workshop papers, please complete either a Workshop Registration or a Full Registration.

I have multiple accepted papers. Do I need to register multiple times?

Yes. One full or workshop registration is required for each paper.

I cannot attend in person, can I present my paper virtually?

PAKDD 2026 is in person only. For exceptions, please contact the PC Chairs for details.

Do I need a Visa to Hong Kong?

Please consult the Hong Kong Immigration Department.

Does a Full Registration include access to the workshops and tutorials?

Yes. Full Registration includes access to all the sessions including workshops, tutorials, and research tracks.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Attendees registering for Full or Student Registration can purchase at most two extra tickets for social events.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Registration must be completed online; credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are acceptable.

Can I receive an invitation letter and a receipt?

You can download your invitation letter and a receipt on your personal center after payment. If you can't download it, please contact pakdd2026.reg@gmail.com.
