How do I present my paper, will I use my own laptop?
You must upload your slides via USB pendrive in advance, no later than the break before your presentation. Name the slides as sessionID_paperID_papertitle.fileextension.
I have a research paper that has been accepted for the conference. How should I register?
Please register for a Regular Registration.
I have a paper that has been accepted for the workshop. How should I register?
Please register for either a Workshop Only or a Regular Registration.
I am a student, how should I register?
• If you register for main, special and survey track papers, please complete a Regular Registration.
• If you register for workshop papers, please complete either a Workshop Only or a Regular Registration.
• If you don't require paper registration (i.e., your registration will not include papers), you have the option of choosing a type of registration based on your preference.

I have multiple accepted papers. Do I need to register multiple times?
Yes. One regular or workshop registration is required for each paper.
I cannot attend in person, can I present my paper virtually?
PAKDD 2026 is in person only. For exceptions, please contact the PC Chairs for details.
Do I need a Visa to Hong Kong?
Please consult Hong Kong immigration.
Does a Regular Registration include access to the workshops and tutorials?
Yes. Regular Registration includes access to all the sessions including workshops and tutorials as well as research tracks.
Can I bring a guest with me? What is included in their registration?
Attendees registering for Regular or Student Registration can purchase one extra ticket for social events.
Participants holding extra tickets for reception, excursion, or banquet cannot attend any sessions except for the function.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Registration must be completed online; credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are acceptable.
Can I receive a receipt for my registration?
You will download a receipt on your personal center after the completion of payment.
